Za temeljno pravico do naturalizacije: Manifest neke sodobne \u0160vice
<\/strong><\/p>

Od osmih milijonov ljudi, ki \u017eivijo v \u0160vici, dva milijona nimata \u0161vicarskega potnega lista: tudi to je posledica politike izklju\u010devanja. V Evropi je \u0160vica tista dr\u017eava, kjer je postopek naturalizacije eden najte\u017ejih. \u010ceprav je raznolikost \u017ee dolgo del vsakdana, so mo\u017enosti in pravice neenakomerno porazdeljene na politi\u010dni, gospodarski, socialni in kulturni ravni. Ker to povzro\u010da veliko \u0161kodo demokraciji, potrebujemo nov pogumen osnutek dru\u017ebe.<\/p>

Temeljna pravica do sodelovanja
<\/strong><\/p>

Vsi ljudje so rojeni svobodni in enaki v dostojanstvu in pravicah. Kdor \u017eivi v \u0160vici, ima pravico do polnopravne politi\u010dne in dru\u017ebene udele\u017ebe. Pot do tega je naturalizacija: pravica do glasovanja na volitvah in referendumih, pravica do varnega prebivali\u0161\u010da in \u2013 predvsem \u2013 pravica do statusa polnopravnega \u010dlana skupnosti. Zato smo prepri\u010dani: temeljna pravica vseh ljudi je, biti dr\u017eavljan dr\u017eave, v kateri stalno \u017eivi\u0161.<\/p>

Za pravo demokracijo
<\/strong><\/p>

Raznolikost, ki izhaja iz migracij, je del \u0161vicarskega kulturnega bogastva. Le tako je mo\u010d ustvariti verodostojno obljubo o enakopravni udele\u017ebi in samo tako lahko vsi ljudje v \u0160vici izkoristijo svoj potencial v dobrobit vseh.<\/p>

Aktivno spodbujanje naturalizacije
<\/strong><\/p>

Dr\u017eava, kantoni in ob\u010dine morajo aktivno spodbujati naturalizacijo v interesu prave demokracije. Dana\u0161nji postopek ka\u017ee na selekcijo in temelji na sumu, da bi lahko nekdo prosil za nekaj, kar mu ne pripada. Ta odnos se mora spremeniti. Ljudje, ki \u017eivijo v \u0160vici in \u0161e nimajo potnega lista, bi morali biti dobrodo\u0161li, morali bi jim pomagati in povabiti k naturalizaciji. En u\u010dinkovit spodbujevalni ukrep je na primer opustitev pristojbin.<\/p>

Objektivni kriteriji in po\u0161teni postopki
<\/strong><\/p>

Vsakdo, ki \u017ee \u0161tiri leta \u017eivi v \u0160vici, bi moral imeti pravico do naturalizacije ne glede na svoj status bivanja. Zastarela, nepomembna in samovoljna merila je treba odpraviti. Tako dandanes ni ve\u010d mogo\u010de opravi\u010diti kantonalnih in ob\u010dinskih rokov bivanja. Diskriminatorno je tudi, \u010de ljudem, ki prejemajo socialno pomo\u010d, odvzame\u0161 pravico do naturalizacije. Postopek odobritve naturalizacije mora potekati hitro in ugodno.<\/p>

Otroci, ki imajo ob rojstvu stalno prebivali\u0161\u010de v \u0160vici, bi morali dobiti \u0161vicarsko dr\u017eavljanstvo. Tak\u0161na progresivna uredba, ki jo poznajo tudi druge dr\u017eave, zagotavlja enake mo\u017enosti za vse tukaj rojene otroke, upo\u0161teva raznolikost prebivalstva in pomaga \u0160vici, da bo \u0161e naprej \u017eiva demokracija okronana s pravico do enakosti in pravi\u010dnosti.<\/p>
